                               JUDGMENT

Petitioner is an existing stage carriage operator who was issued

permit in relation to stage carriage bearing No.KL-9Y-9779. Timing was

allotted in the year 2016. Petitioner filed Ext.P2 application for revision

of timing on 17.02.2021. The grievance of the petitioner is that,

Ext.P2 application has not been considered.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Senior Government Pleader, I am inclined to direct the

respondent to call for a report regarding the vacant timing and also

consider the vacant timings that has already been allotted to other

operators and on the basis of the report and after giving a reasonable

opportunity to be heard to the objectors, if any, fix the timing as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from

the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
