                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 26th day of March 2021

The complaint of the petitioner is that she is asked to vacate the premises

without issuing any notices either by the respondents or by the revenue

recovery authorities. Pointing out the same, the petitioner has submitted

Ext.P4 representation before the 3rd respondent.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned

Standing Counsel Sri. Salil Narayanan.

3. The petitioner has referred to certain numbers of revenue recovery

certificates. The learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has

to approach the 2nd respondent also.

4. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3 rd

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 representation within a

period of one month. The petitioner shall also submit a representation

before the 2nd respondent and in that event, the 2 nd respondent shall also

consider the said representation which would be submitted within a period of

one week.
