  Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed along with the

OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings in Exhibit P1 order pending

disposal of this original petition (civil).


  This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support

of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.SREEKUMAR (KOLLAM), Advocate for the

petitioner, the court passed the following;

                                                 ORDER

Issue notice before admission to respondent by speed post. Execution proceedings inExt.P1 order in E.P No.284/2010 in O.S. No.178/2002 are stayed for a period of three months, subject to the condition of petitioner depositing an amount of Rs.25,000/- within a period of two weeks from today. In the event the above direction not being complied with, the court below will be at liberty to go ahead with the proceedings before it. Post after vacation.
