                            JUDGMENT

Dated this the 25th day of March 2021

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner

seeking the following relief:-

"i.Issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writs, orders or directions to call for the records leading up to Exhibit P8 and to quash the same.

ii. Issue a writ of Mandamus or other appropriate writs, orders or directions commanding the 2nd respondent to take a final decision on Exhibit P9 within a week and to lift the stop memo so as to enable the petitioner to continue the mining of laterite in the interest of justice."

2. However, today when the matter is taken

up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted

that the subject matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed

as infructuous.
