JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
(1) issue a writ of mandamus, other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents 1 and 2 to issue relieving order and Experience Certificate to the petitioner based on Exhibit P2 Letter of Resignation, as early as possible. (2) issue a writ of mandamus, other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 3rd respondent to issue immediate orders directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue relieving order and Experience Certificate to the petitioner based on Exhibit P2 Letter of Resignation, forthwith, by considering Exhibit P3. (3) Direct the 3rd respondent to consider Exhibit P3 and to take immediate appropriate action thereon.
2. It is submitted that an undertaking made by the learned counsel for
the respondents had been recorded by this Court and the learned counsel
for the petitioner submits that the Certificates had been handed over by the
respondents to the petitioner. It is therefore contended that nothing survives
for consideration in this writ petition. The directions in the interim order
stands complied with.
In the above view of the matter, this writ petition is closed.
