         further period of six months from 08-03-2021.

         application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this
         court's judgment dated 29-01-2021 and upon hearing the arguments
         of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the petitioner in IA/Respondent in WP(C)

IA.No.1 of 2021:

It is seen that only a limited direction was given by this

court by judgment dated 29.01.2021. The time granted was four

weeks. Now, the petitioner is seeking an extension by six months,

which is absolutely unreasonable. It is reported that the Contempt

case is pending, which stands now posted to 05.07.2021.

Accordingly, time for compliance extended till 05.07.2021. Comply

and report on that day. Post along with the Contempt Case

No.621/2021 on 05.07.2021.
