                    Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
           affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the
           operation and execution of the decree and judgment in AS. Nos.
           69/2015 and AS No. 95/2015 on the files of the IV Addtional
           District Judge, Kollam, pending final disposal of the appeal.
                    This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing
           the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and
           this Court's order dated 10.03.2021 and upon hearing the arguments
           of     SRI.MOHANLAL   B.,   Advocate     for   the   petitioners   and   of
           SRI.B.KRISHNA MANI Advocate for R1, the court passed the
