        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to condone the delay
   of 1408 days in representing the Writ Appeal.

        This Application coming on for orders on 23.06.2021 upon perusing
   the application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon
   hearing the arguments of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the appellants, the court
   passed the following:

                                          ORDER

This miscellaneous application is filed with the prayer to condone the delay in re-presenting the appeal memorandum filed mounting challenge against the judgment dated 30.03.2016 in WP(C) No.27781/2009.

Having gone through the affidavit filed by the learned Senior Govt.Pleader, explaining the reason for the delay, we are satisfied that it can be accepted and the delay in re-presentation can be condoned. In the said circumstances, the delay of 1408 days in re-presenting the delay stands condoned.

Registry to number the writ appeal.
