Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. The Instant appeal is directed against the common judgment in Writ

Petition Nos.12567 of 2020 and 14205 of 2020. The appeal, stated specifically, is

directed against Writ Petition No.12567 of 2020. The Advocate appearing for

appellant informs the Court that Writ Appeal No.497 of 2021 was filed against the

very same common judgment against Writ Petition No.14205 of 2020. The appeal

was dismissed vide judgment dated 29.3.2021.

3. We have perused the judgment and are of the view that the appeal filed

against one of the Writ Petitions in the common judgment has since been

dismissed, the instant appeal is liable to be dismissed in terms of the judgment Dt

29.03.2021 and accordingly writ appeal stands dismissed.
