                                      ORDER

Today, when these matters are listed for judgment/order, the

learned counsel on both sides were asked to clarify on the

undertaking referred to in paragraph 20 of the impugned order of

execution court dated 06.02.2021, which reads thus;

"20. In the second suit, the 2nd judgment debtor/7th defendant filed an affidavit stating that they are not continuing parallel service in the Church. Ext.B9 is an injunction application, I.A.No.17 of 2020. The interlocutory application is still pending. In the interlocutory application, it was undertaken that the defendants will not do anything as per the alleged election held in the Church on 08.03.2020."

2. I.A.No.17 of 2020 is one filed in O.S.No.17 of 2016 on the

file of the First Additional District Court, Ernakulam.

3. The learned counsel on both sides seeks a short

adjournment in order to peruse the records in O.S.No.17 of 2016.

4. As requested by the learned counsel on both sides, list

these matters on 08.06.2021 at 2.00 p.m., for judgment/order, in

video conferencing. Sd/-
