                                     JUDGMENT

Dated this the 4th day of June, 2021

In this petition expeditious disposal of I.A.No.01/2020 in

O.S.No.279 of 2020 pending on the files of Munsiff's Court,

Kayamkulam, which is appended to the petition on hand as Ext.P2 is

sought by the plaintiff/petitioner.

2. This Court has called for a report from the Judicial Officer

concerned regarding the time required by it to dispose of the above

interlocutory application. The Judicial Officer concerned vide letter

dated 24.05.2021 has informed the Registry that one month's time is

required for disposing of I.A.No.01/2020. The letter was dated

24.05.2021 and by the time the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic

has already started and having due regard to that this Court finds it

necessary to direct the Officer concerned to dispose of the

interlocutory application only within 26.07.2021. The Judicial Officer

concerned shall give priority to the case and see that I.A.No.01/2020

is disposed of within the time now granted by this Court without

failure.

O.P.(C) stands disposed of with direction issued as above.
