                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner, though appointed in the 5th

respondent's school from 10.01.2000, the

appointment was approved with effect from

28.03.2003 only. Claiming approval with effect from

24.01.2000 notionally and without arrears of salary

but with all service benefits, the petitioner has

submitted Ext.P6 representation before the 1st

respondent and the same is pending consideration.

The petitioner relies on Exts.P3 and P4 Government

Orders dated 08.10.2018 and 11.02.2021

respectively, in support of his claim. The

petitioner also contends that similar benefit has

been given to yet another person namely one Prasad,

and claims the same benefit. The petitioner

confines his relief for an expeditious

consideration of Ext.P6 representation.

2. Without expressing anything on merits, I

dispose of this writ petition directing the first W. P. (C) No.11778 of 2021

respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6

representation after hearing the petitioner, as

expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a

period of three months from the date of receipt of

a copy of this judgment.
