        This petition having come up for orders on 30.7.2021 upon perusing
    the letter dated 1.7.2021 from the Pincipal Munsiff, Neyyattinkara and
   this court's judgment dated 26.3.2021 in the OP(C), the court on the same
   day passed the following;

                                       ORDER

The original petition was disposed of by judgment

dated 26.03.2021, directing disposal of I.A.No.5 of 2020

in O.S.No.552 of 2020 within two weeks. By

communication dated 01.07.2021, the Principal Munsiff,

Neyyattinkara, has requested for extension of the time

limit till 31.07.2021.

Taking the present pandemic situation and the

restricted functioning of courts into consideration, the

time limit is extended by one month. It is expected that

earnest efforts will be taken to dispose the case within

the extended time limit.
