          ERNAKULAM VILLAGE, TRIKANAAR VATTOM DESOM, RESIDING AT EDASSERY
          HOUSE, JOSE VILLA, DIVINE NAGAR,
          SOUTH CHITTOOR, COCHIN., PIN - 682 027.

           Original Petition praying inter alia that in the circumstances
    stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be
    pleased to stay all further proceedings in EP No. 199/2015 in OS No.
    116/2014 before the Hon'ble 2nd Additional Sub Court, Ernakulam, pending
    disposal of this Original Petition.




           This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition
    and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the
    arguments of M/S T.B. GAFOOR, K. MOHAN, M.I. ANWAR SADATH & K.S. AKSHAY
    MOHAN, Advocates for petitioner, the court passed the following.




                                           O R D E R

Issue notice on admission to the respondent through speed post.

Alternatively, petitioner is permitted to serve notice on the counsel appearing for the respondent before the court below and to produce a memo regarding such service.

There shall be an interim stay of further proceedings in EP No. 199 OP(C) No.1164/2021 2/2

of 2015 in O.S No. 116 of 2014 on the files of 2nd Additional Sub Court, Ernakulam for one month.

Post immediately after service of notice on the respondent, along with OP(C) No.1670/2020.
