                                O R D E R

The petitioner is the 3rd accused in Crime No.163/2018

of Panniyankara Police Station for having allegedly

committed the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147,

148, 341, 324 and 308 read with Section 149 of the I.P.C.

2. The petitioner was abroad and therefore could not

appear before the jurisdictional court. Hence, his case

was split up; while the case against the rest of the

accused was committed for trial to the Sessions Court. The

case against the petitioner is presently pending as

L.P.No.58/2019 on the files of the Judicial First Class

Magistrate Court-I, Kozhikode. The petitioner has returned

from abroad and is willing to surrender and cooperate with

the trial, but apprehends that he will be incarcerated.

Therefore, he seeks indulgence of this Court.

3. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the

Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Kozhikode within a

period of two weeks from today and apply for bail. The CRL.MC NO. 3177 OF 2021

warrant shall be kept in abeyance till that time. On such

bail application being filed, it shall be considered and

disposed of preferably on the very same day.
