                                JUDGMENT

Dated this the 16th day of July,2021

It is submitted by the learned counsel that the issues involved

in the case have been amicably settled among the parties out of

court and an Interlocutory Application as I.A No.01/2021 under

Order XXIII Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and Section

69 of the Kerala Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1959 is filed

stating the factum.

In the above circumstances, the appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn. Half of the court fee shall be refunded to the appellant.
