                                      ORDER

Dated this the 16th day of July 2021

This is an application seeking transfer of

E.P.No.39 of 2019 in O.S.No.84 of 2007 on the files of

Subordinate Judge's Court, Payyannur to the

Subordinate Judge's Court, Hosdurg. The decree

holder bank has filed the transfer petition, pointing

out that the judgment debtor is residing within the

limits of the Subordinate Judge's Court, Hosdurg. It

is submitted that the prayer in the execution

proceeding being for arrest and detention of the

judgment debtor, the execution petition is liable to

be transferred to the Subordinate Judge's Court,

Hosdurg.

2. Despite service of notice, respondent has not

appeared.

The prayer for transfer being well founded, the

transfer petition is allowed. E.P.No.39/2019 in TR.P(C) NO. 57 OF 2021

O.S.No.84/2007 on the files of Subordinate Judge's

Court, Payyannur shall forthwith be transferred to the

Subordinate Judge's Court, Hosdurg.
