                                       JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

i) to call for the records leading to Ext.P10 and quash teh same by the issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate wirt, order or direction.

ii) to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to respondents 2 to 3 to renew the license of the pet for manufacturing hoolow bricks for the year 2017-2018

iii) to issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon'ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.

2. A detailed elaboration of the matter is not required since learned counsel

appearing for petitioner Sri.Hari Kumar.G, representing Adv.Sri.K.V.Gopinathan

Nair, submitted that already this Court has passed an enabling order in W.P.(C)

No.4900/2017 dated 22nd November, 2018 directing the petitioner to approach the

Municipal Corporation to secure necessary licences to conduct the hollow brick

unit, which was filed by the very same petitioner and no orders are required in

this writ petition and the writ petition is not pressed.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
