                                 JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed by the

petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-

"(i) call for the records leading to Exhibit P6 and all steps taken pursuant to the said order and quash the same by issuing a writ of certiorari or any other writ, order or direction;

(ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the 4th respondent to number the building as the objections pointed out in Exhibit P6 are legally untenable;

(iii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents 1 to 3 to issue appropriate orders to the 4th respondent to stop all steps/proceedings in view of Exhibit P2 communications revealing that the complaints received against the petitioner's building were forged documents and not genuine;

(iv) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents 1 to 3 issue appropriate orders to the 1st respondent WP(C) NO. 2830 OF 2014

to consider Exhibit P7 representation and pass orders on the same after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner through his authorised representative.

2. Today when the matter is taken up,

learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that

this writ petition may be dismissed as not

pressed.

Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed

as not pressed.
