                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 14th day of July 2021

The petitioner has approached this Court lamenting

about the delay in considering Ext.P3 and Ext.P4

representation pending before the third respondent.

2. The Society has forwarded Ext.P2 resolution to

Joint Registrar routed through the Assistant Registrar,

who is the third respondent herein, evidenced by Ext.P3.

The third respondent shall forthwith forward Ext.P3, if not

already forwarded to the second respondent. Thereupon,

the second respondent shall pass appropriate orders

within a period of one month from the date of receipt of

Ext.P3. With these directions, the Writ Petition is

disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to pursue,

if further grievances survives.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
