   No.237/2017 on the file of the Hon'ble District Court, North Paravur,
   pending consideration of the original petition, in the interest of
   justice.


        This petition again coming on for admission upon perusing the
   petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and this court's
   order dated 9.4.20201 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.DINESH
