Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to stay all further proceedings pursuant to Exhibit P11 order
purportedly passed on 06.06.2019 by the 1st respondent pending disposal of
   the writ petition.

This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
M/S.G.HARIHARAN & PRAVEEN H., Advocates for the petitioner, the court
   passed the following:

                                         ORDER

It is seen that the impugned order at Ext.P11 has been passed at the instance of the petitioner as the petitioner has approached this Court on earlier occassion by filing WP(C) No.12524/2019. While deciding that petition in favour of the petitioner on 07.05.2019 this Court had directed the 1st respondent to complete the assessment within a period of one month. That is how the impugned order at Ext.P11 has been passed by the 1st respondent in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in the previous petition of the petitioner.

The petitioner to clarify all these aspects.

Post after two weeks.
