                             JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:-

(i) To issue a writ of mandamus directing the 4 th respondent to issue advise memo to the petitioner who is included in the Exhibit P2 list as Rank No.2 in the category Scheduled Caste.

(ii) To direct respondents not to invalidate Exhibit P2 list on exhausting the main list and also direct the 4 th respondent to issue advise memo to the petitioner to the vacancy arise after the vacancy earmarked for the open category.

(iii) To direct the respondents 1 to 3 to report the entire vacancies of Lower Division Clerk under the 2nd respondent to the 4th respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and

the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 4 th

respondent.

3. A counter affidavit has been placed on record by

the 4th respondent stating that no vacancies reported by the

Appointing Authority except the three NCA vacancies, which

are set apart for Differently Abled candidates, Muslim WP(C) NO. 6950 OF 2021

community and OBC community, are available for

recruitment.

In the above view of the matter, nothing survives for

consideration in this writ petition. The writ petition is,

accordingly, closed.
