          Original Petition praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay Exhibit P6 and Exhibit P7 till the disposal of the
   Original Petition.

         This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition
   and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments
   of Mr. MANU ROY, Advocate for petitioner, the court passed the following.

Issue notice to the respondent by speed post.

There shall be an Interim stay of further proceedings in OS No. 554/2015 on the files of the Munsiff Court, Aluva, for a period of one month.
