                          JUDGMENT

Dated this the 6th day of January 2021

The petitioner approached the respondent for

issuance of development permit. On account of non-

consideration of the application, the petitioner has

approached this Court.

In view of the pendency of the application

before the respondent-Panchayat, there shall be a

direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass

orders on the application within two weeks from the

date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
