   Prayer for interim relief in the Writ Appeal stating that
in the circumstances stated in the appeal memorandum the High
Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment of the
learned Single Judge dated 06.03.2020 in W.P(C)NO.38050 of
2018 with further directions staying operation of Exhibit-P1
proceedings ordering an inquiry under section 65 of the KCS
Act pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.

   This Writ Appeal again coming on for orders on 24.02.2021
upon perusing the appeal memorandum and this Court's order
dated 09/02/2021 the court on the same day passed the
following:-

                   ORDER

The interim order passed by this Court in this appeal on

24.04.2020 was extended time to time, though it was absolutely

unnecessary to do so, in the light of the order of a Full Bench of this

Court dated 30.06.2020 in W.P.(C).No.9400/2020 (suo motu). Lastly,

the order was extended on 09.02.2021 till 25.02.2021. Now it is

prayed for further extension of the interim order.

The interim order will stand extended by one month.

Post on 17.03.2021.
