                                JUDGMENT

Petitioner claims to be a fishing

woman. Her grievance is that she did not get

any benefit from the Government though she

was affected by Ockhi.

2. Petitioner claims to have membership

in the Fisherman Welfare Board. According to

her, her house got damaged in the Ockhi and

she shifted her residence to a rented house

along with her children. It is stated that

she had approached the Human Rights

Commission and as per Ext.P3, there was a

direction to the Fisheries Department to

enquire into her claim. Petitioner claims

that even after submitting Ext.P4

representation, no action is taken so far.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the WP(C).No.745 OF 2021(P)

writ petition is disposed of with a

direction to the respondents to consider

Ext.P4 representation and to take

appropriate action, within a period of three

months from the date of receipt of a copy of

the judgment.
