        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the operation and all further proceedings in pursuance of
   Ext.P6, pending disposal of the writ petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.K.I.SAGEER IBRAHIM Advocate for the petitioner, and of GOVERNMENT
   PLEADER for Respondents, the court passed the following:

                                           ORDER

Admit.

Learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

There will be a stay of recovery proceedings pursuant to Ext.P6 for a period of one month. The learned Government Pleader to obtain instructions as to whether any order has been passed in appeal pursuant to Ext.P5 judgment and whether copy of the same was served on the petitioner.
