                             JUDGMENT

The substantial prayer in the writ petition is a challenge

against Ext.P4. However, when the matter was taken up for

consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that a consideration of Ext.P4 at the hands of the 1 st

respondent will be a satisfactory relief as far the petitioner is

concerned.

In the above view of the matter, there will be a direction

to the 1st respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on

Ext.P7 representation preferred by the petitioner with notice

to the petitioner as well as the 5 th respondent and after

hearing them through any appropriate means including video

conferencing within a period of three months from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
