                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 20th day of April 2021

Admit. Government pleader takes notice for the

Respondents.

2. The petitioner was holding a temporary permit

as evidenced by Exhibit P1, regarding his vehicle KL-

58N- 2115, which expired on 25.3.2021. On 22.3.2021,

the petitioner has submitted Exhibit P2 application

for a temporary permit for plying the above said

vehicle as substitute service in the defaulted

vacancy in the route Kannur-Kozhikode Medical College

via Thalasserry, Vadakara & Quilandi.

3. The Writ petition has been filed by the

petitioner seeking early orders on the application

for temporary permit.

4. In the light of the limited prayer made in

the Writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of

directing the 2nd respondent to pass orders on Exhibit

P2 application for temporary permit on the route

specified in the petition in respect of Stage- WP(C).No.9403 OF 2021(A)

Carriage KL-58N-2115 in place of Stage-Carriage KL-

18H-8745 at the earliest, at any rate within one

month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of

this judgment.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
