pleased to stay the execution of judgment and decree of the Additional District Court
III,Thiruvananthapuram in AS No.15/2015 dated 18.01.2018 in OS No. 1921/2011 on the file of the
Additional Munsiff Court(RCC),Thiruvananthapuram pending disposal of this appeal.


  This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit filed in
support thereof and this court's order dated 18.01.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of M/S
