  Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court
be pleased to pass order, staying judgment dated 26.08.2020 in A.S.No.85/2019 of the Hon'ble
Subordinage Judge's Court, Attingal and all further proceedings in O.S.No.420/2015 before the
Hon'ble Munsiff Court, Varkala, in the interest of justice.

  This application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the affidavit filed in
support thereof, and this court's order dated 23-03-2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
