Writ Petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay the operation of Exhibit P2 amendment to the extent of incorporation of promotion for the constitution of selection committee for the post of college principal by direct recruitment under Statute 6 of Chapter 45 Part B of Mahatma Gandhi University Statutes, 1997, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.
