THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
08.04.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
WP(C).No.6814 OF 2021(B) 2
JUDGMENT
The grievance of the petitioner is that even though
he has retired from the service of the KSRTC on
31.01.2015 in the post of ticket issuer, he has not been
given the benefits due to him. Ext.P4 and Ext.P4(a) are
the representations submitted by him before the second
respondent. The limited prayer sought by the petitioner
in the Writ Petition is for an expeditious disposal of
Ext.P4 and Ext.P4(a).
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner
and the learned standing counsel for the KSRTC. I am
inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition itself, by directing
the second respondent to consider Ext.P4 and Ext.P4(a)
representations, as expeditiously as possible, at any
rate, within a period of one month from the date of
receipt of a copy of this judgment and if ultimately it is
found that the amounts are payable, the entire amount
shall be paid within a period of three months from the
date of such order.
Writ Petition is disposed of.
