                                2

                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner is a holder of a regular permit. The

timing of it was lastly fixed on 21.07.1999 by Ext.P1. In

the light of the changed circumstances, he applied for

revision of timing by filing Ext.P2 on 18.021.2021. The

grievance of the petitioner is that the revision of timing

application has not been considered.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned senior Government Pleader. Considering

the entire facts, I am inclined to direct that Ext.P2

request shall be taken and considered by the respondent

after obtaining report from the field officer and after

giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the

objectors, if any, and the revision of timing shall be

issued in accordance with law, as expeditiously as

possible, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from

the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. WP(C).No.7346 OF 2021(P)

Writ Petition is disposed of.
