                                                  JUDGMENT

Dated this the 07th day of April 2021

The writ petition is filed seeking the

following reliefs:

"i) to issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, direction or order commanding the 1st respondent to disburse the amount of Bond IDBI Flexi Bond 22, the certificate No.02309155 dated 05.09.2005 issued by the 1st respondent for amount of Rs.3,000/- with interest at the rate of 18% from 25.08.2008.

ii) to issue such other writ, direction or order which deems fit for the facts and circumstances of the case to disburse the Bond Flexi."

2. In the judgment in writ petition

No.17635/2020, I have already held that the writ

petition will not lie against Industrial

Development Bank of India - the 1st respondent. In

the light of the aforesaid judgment, this writ

petition will not also lie against the 1st

respondent. Accordingly the writ petition is

dismissed as not maintainable before this Court WP(C).No.6359 OF 2021(T)

under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

3. However, it is made clear that the

petitioner would be free to seek appropriate remedy

before the appropriate Forum.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
