ORAL JUDGMENT
Appellant Nos.1 and 2 and respondent are present
before the Court along with their respective Advocates and
submitted a memorandum of petition filed under Order
XXIII Rule 3 of CPC and stated that they have
compromised the matter each other.
2. Upon enquiry, they have stated that they have
arrived at a settlement on their own will and wish, without
any coercion or force by any other third party. Hence,
requested to place the compromise petition on record and
dispose of the appeal in terms of the compromise petition.

appellant Nos.1 to 3 and the sole respondent along with
