Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the memo
dated 20.08.2025 in which it is stated as under :
"Herein the advocate for the petitioner most respectfully files the memo as under;
The Petitioner has filed the top noted petition for enhancement of maintenance order in Crl. Misc. 58/2024 passed by Prl. Judge, Family Court, Haveri. That now the petitioner and respondent have filed the mutual consent divorce petition in M.C.No.47/2025 before the Prl. Judge, Family Court, Haveri. Accordingly, the aforesaid court has allowed the said petition and passed the judgment and decree. In view of the same, the petitioner is intending to withdraw the present petition.
Wherefore, the petitioner may kindly be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the same is not pressed, in the interest of justice and equity."
2. In view of memo of withdrawal, petition is
dismissed as withdrawn.
