ORAL JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for both sides present and filed joint
application under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151
of the Code of Civil Procedure and Section 384 of the
Indian Succession Act along with the affidavit of the
appellant praying to issue Succession Certificate in favour
of the appellant.
2. The application is signed by both the parties to
the appeal as well as their respective counsels. Both the
appellant and the respondent are present before the Court
and on enquiry, they accepted the contents of the
NC: 2024:KHC:47609-DB
compromise petition. It appears to be voluntary.
Compromise is legal and valid. Hence, accepted.
3. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of in terms
of the compromise petition.
4. Issue Succession Certificate in terms of
compromise petition on payment of requisite stamp
