                                    ORAL JUDGMENT

(PER: THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.T.NARENDRA PRASAD)

This appeal is filed challenging the order passed by the

learned Single Judge in W.P.No.22673/2018.

2. In W.P.No.22673/2018, the appellant has

challenged the order passed by the Labour Court under the

Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. The Division Bench of this

Court in W.A. No.100091/2024 dated 03.06.2024, following

the judgment of the Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court passed

in W.A.No.497/2022 dated 29.06.2022, has dismissed the

appeal on the ground that appeal is not maintainable under

Section 4 of the Karnataka High Court Act.

3. Following the order passed in

W.A.No.100091/2024 and W.A.No.497/2022, this appeal is

dismissed.
