      THIS     WRIT    APPEAL   COMING     ON     FOR   PRELIMINARY
HEARING      THIS     DAY,   CHIEF     JUSTICE     DELIVERED   THE
FOLLOWING:


                             JUDGMENT

Learned advocate Mr.Amar Correa for the appellant

stated that the directions in the order sought to be impugned in

this appeal more particularly, contained in paragraph 25

thereof came to be complied with. He further stated that the

contempt petition filed in respect thereof has also been

disposed of.

2. Since the directions in the order of learned Single Judge

have been complied with, nothing is required to be considered

further in this appeal. The appeal has become academic.

Despite that, this Court will not go into the academic issues.

3. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
