                                      MFA No. 6439 of 2021

BENGALURU, DISMISSING THE PETITION FILED UNDER
SECTION 9 OF THE HINDU MARRIAGE ACT, 1955.

THIS MISCELLANEOUS FIRST APPEAL, COMING ON FOR
ORDERS THIS DAY, RAMACHANDRA D. HUDDAR J., MADE
THE FOLLOWING:
                          ORDER

Called out in the afternoon session. None appears

for the appellant.

2. This appeal is of the year 2021. Perused the

order sheet. The appellant has taken sufficient time to

take steps against respondent. Even on the last occasion,

it was submitted that he will get the correct address and

take steps. But, either in the morning session or in the

afternoon session, there is no representation.

3. Because of not taking steps to serve the

respondent, the progress in this case is stalled. No

purpose would be served even if the appeal is adjourned

to the next date.

NC: 2024:KHC:7538-DB

4. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for not

taking steps and for non-prosecution.
