NOVEMBER 2023 IN SETTING ASIDE THE JUDGMENT BY
ALLOWING THE REVISION, ETC.

     THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THROUGH
PHYSICAL HEARING/VIDEO CONFERENCING THIS DAY, THE
COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                              ORDER

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is

required to file a Miscellaneous First Appeal and by

mistake, he has filed civil revision petition and for that

reason, prays the leave of the Court to withdraw the Civil

Revision petition and file an appropriate appeal.

2. His submission is placed on record.

3. For the aforementioned reasons, the civil revision

petition is dismissed reserving the liberty to the

petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in accordance

with law.
