METROPOLITAN MAGISTRATE, BENGALURU FOR THE OFFENCE
PUNISHABLE U/S.341,504,506 R/W 34 OF IPC AND ETC.

      THIS CRIMINAL PETITION, COMING ON FOR ADMISSION, THIS
DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                               ORDER

1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the

following relief:

Quash the entire proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.14171/2018 pending on the file of 1st Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Bengaluru, for the offences punishable U/s 341, 504, 506 r/w 34 of IPC and to pass such other order's as this Hon'ble Court deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case.

2. None appears for the petitioner.

3. Learned HCGP submits that I Additional Chief

Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore in

CC No.14171/2018 has acquitted the Accused No.1

to 3 who are the petitioners herein vide judgment

dated 15.1.2021.

4. Placing his submission on record, the petition stands

dismissed.
