FOR SPEEDY DISPOSAL OF THE SUIT IN OS NO. 26961/2012 PENDING
ON THE FILE OF ADDL CITY CIVIL AND SESSION JUDGE AT BENGALURU
(MAYO HALL).

    THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE
COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:


                               ORDER

The limited grievance in the present petition is for a direction

to the Trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.26961/2012 within a

stipulated time frame.

2. It is however in the light of the judgment of the Apex Court

in the case of High Court Bar Association Allahabad Vs The

State of U.P & Others in Criminal Appeal No.3589/2023 dated

29.02.2023, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit as

expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

3. The parties are directed to co-operate with the Trial Court

for expeditious disposal of the suit.
