     THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY,
THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

                                 ORDER

There is no representation on behalf of the revision

petitioner.

2. There is a delay of 155 days in filing this

revision petition. All along, the learned counsel for the

revision petitioner is regularly absent.

3. No grounds are shown for condonation of delay

and the petitioner is not regularly appearing before the

Court so as to advance the arguments on delay

application.

4. Though in I.A.No.1/2020, there is reference of

suffering from jaundice, no documents have been

produced. The grounds urged in I.A.No.1/2020 are not

substantiated.

Hence, the delay application-I.A.No.1/2020 stands

rejected. Consequently, the revision petition fails and

stands dismissed.
