REFERENCE PETITION FILED UNDER SECTION 18 OF L.A. ACT.


     THIS APPEAL, COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY, THE
COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

Learned counsel for the appellants is absent. No

representation.

The order sheet dated 30.05.2023 reads as under;

"Learned counsel for the appellants prays for time to comply with the office objections.

The office has raised as many as six objections. Since, the appeal is of the year 2019, till today office objections are not complied with. The deficit Court fee is also not made good. Hence, I do not find any reason to adjourn the matter. However, to afford final opportunity, list this matter on 14.06.2023 as last chance."

In spite of that, the office objections are not

complied with. The deficit Court fee is also not made good

even after lapse of 4 years.

Appellants are not interested in prosecuting the

appeal. Hence, appeal is dismissed as default i.e., for non-

prosecution.
