                            ORDER

This Court vide order dated 20.07.2023 observed that

this revision was filed in 2020 and the matter is listed for third

time for non-compliance of office objections and the counsel

was not present on the said date. Hence, in the ends of

justice, one more opportunity was given by imposing cost of

Rs.1,000/- and also made it clear that if office objections not

complied and cost is not paid, the petition will be dismissed on

28.07.2023. Inspite of the said order, the counsel for the

petitioner not complied with the office objections and cost is

also not paid and today also he is unrepresented before the

Court. Hence, it is clear that the counsel for the petitioner is

not diligent in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, in view of the

order dated 20.07.2023, the petition is dismissed for non-

prosecution.
