                        JUDGMENT

The counsel for the appellant has filed a memo along with

payment of cost paid receipt but not complied with the office

objections. This Court vide order dated 16.02.2023 noted that

there are still four office objections and granted one week time

to comply with the same on further cost of Rs.500/- and also

made it clear that if office objections are not complied within

one week, the matter will be listed for dismissal on 23.02.2023.

Today, the counsel for the appellant, except payment of

additional cost of Rs.500/-, not complied with the office

objections. The order is very clear that if office objection are

not complied within one week, the matter will be listed for

dismissal. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-compliance

of office objections.
