Learned counsel for the petitioner called out, absent.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent is present.

3. On 22.06.2023, it was submitted that the

respondent is no more and learned counsel for the

respondent sought for a short accommodation to bring

legal representatives of deceased respondent on record,

but no steps were taken in this regard. The learned

counsel for the petitioner has also not taken any steps.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Petition stands

abated in view of the death of the respondent.
